A considered everyday routine
We put the whole Blue Line in one box for two reasons. The first is trying it: four steps, in the order we designed them, tell you more than any single product. The second is travel: a 30 ml toner bottle, a 10 ml dropper and two tubes of 10 ml and 20 ml take up very little room. The minis are made to their own travel formulas — the serum and cream carry the patented TECA complex — and the cream comes in a tube, so there is no spatula to pack. All four completed a skin low-irritation test, and the labels peel off for recycling. The 5.5 foam is vegan certified; the kit as a whole is not.

A ROUTINE THAT MAKES SENSE
A few steps. With a purpose.
When — Morning and evening, in this order: foam, toner, serum, cream. In the morning, finish with sunscreen. How — Foam: squeeze a small amount (about 1–2 cm) into wet palms and work into a rich foam. Massage gently over the face for 1–2 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Toner: soak a cotton pad and sweep it over a dry face and neck along the skin's texture, avoiding the eye area. Serum: with the dropper, place a drop on the forehead and one on each cheek, 2–3 drops in all, then press gently over the whole face. Cream: squeeze a pea-sized amount from the tube, smooth over face and neck and massage gently in circles until absorbed. How often — Daily. New to acids, or using retinoids or other acids? Use the toner every other day at first. Tip (+43) — The toner contains exfoliating acids, so use it as a wipe-off toner on a cotton pad.

Cancelation/return/refund
Cancel: email customer@vvbetter.com with your order number. If the order has not left Seoul we cancel it in full.
Return within 30 days: unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Email us first; once we accept the return we send a prepaid return label. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds: after we receive and inspect the return, the product price goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
