It's a microbiome care ingredient. With panthenol, it supports a strong, healthy-looking skin barrier and a balanced skin environment.
Is the serum vegan?
Yes. It is certified as a vegan product by the Korea Vegan Certification Institute.
Was it tested?
It completed a skin low-irritation test (irritation index 0.03), and we ran a 7-day internal trial. The trial images are from internal testing and individual results may vary. There is no clinical study for this serum yet.
Can I use it daily?
Yes. It was tested for skin irritation and rated low-irritation (0.03), so it can be used daily.
I have sensitive skin. Is the AHA too much?
The acid content is low by design: citric acid 2,700 ppm (0.27%) with zinc PCA, plus gluconolactone, and the formula completed a skin low-irritation test. Patch-test first, start every other day, and use sunscreen in the morning.
Morning or night?
Both. In the morning, follow with sunscreen.
Can I use it with the Vita C TRX serum?
Yes. This one first, then Vita C TRX, 1–2 drops each. Very sensitive or thin skin: one serum per routine, for example this one in the morning and Vita C TRX at night.
Can I use all three Solution serums together?
Yes. This one first, then Vita C TRX, then Bakuchiol PDRN, 1–2 drops each, and sunscreen when you head out. Avoid other brands' high-strength AHA or BHA products in the same routine, especially BHA.
There's white powder around the opening. Is that normal?
Yes. Succinic acid is in here at 2%, and when it meets air a little can form around the neck. Wipe it off; the quality is not affected.
It arrived in winter and I can see crystals. What happened?
Succinic acid and niacinamide can form crystals below −5°C. It's temporary: leave the bottle at room temperature for about a day and it returns to normal.
The colour has faded over time. Is it still OK?
Yes. It contains natural colourants, so long exposure to light can lighten the colour. The quality is not affected. Store it away from direct sunlight.
How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening; unopened, it keeps for 36 months from the date of manufacture.
