Products

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or address any disease or medical condition, and nothing on our site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor before use.

Product pages list ingredients and amounts; please read them and patch-test before first use if your skin is sensitive. If the ingredient list on the packaging you receive differs from the product page, the packaging applies. Test results quoted on our site come from the studies named next to them; individual results may vary. Shelf life is listed on our product pages; for example, our serums keep for 36 months from the date of manufacture unopened and should be used within 12 months of opening.

Images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Shipping destinations for each product are shown at checkout.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the product only. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is free on orders of $100 or more. Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are not included and are payable on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you before dispatch.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send the order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if payment fails, stock is unavailable, we cannot ship to the address, or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment taken. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order.

Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through Eximbay. Payment is taken in USD when you place the order. Your card issuer may apply a foreign-transaction fee and its own exchange rate; these are outside our control.

Shipping and delivery

Every order ships from Seoul, Korea. Rates, free shipping on orders of $100 or more, dispatch times and customs are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees of a date.

Returns, refunds and cancellation

Returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items; we send the return label. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Returns & refunds policy. Statutory withdrawal rights (14 days in the EU/UK; 7 days for orders delivered in Korea) also apply.

Discounts and offers

Offers are applied automatically at checkout unless stated otherwise, are limited to the dates and conditions shown, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Offers may not be combined unless stated.

Reviews and content you submit

By submitting a review, photo or video you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our site, product pages and social channels with the name you provide. You confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is offensive, irrelevant or false. We do not pay for reviews.

Intellectual property

The VVBETTER name, logo, product names (including "Vita C TRX"), texts, images and videos on this site belong to Unibliss Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud and for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs processing and carrier disruption.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved by email within a few days. Korean customers may also use the Korea Consumer Agency and the e-commerce mediation committee; customers elsewhere may use the consumer dispute-resolution bodies available in their country.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
