The short answer

K-Beauty Expo Korea is an annual professional beauty fair held at KINTEX in Goyang, near Seoul. The 14th edition ran from 6 to 8 October 2022, and VVBETTER exhibited at booth K03. This archive page covers what the show is, what we had at the booth, and what to prepare if you plan to visit the 2026 edition with us.

VVBETTER is a Korean mindful skincare brand, Made in Korea since 2021, working toward very-very better skin.

What K-Beauty Expo Korea is

K-Beauty Expo Korea is one of Korea's large trade fairs for the beauty industry, held every autumn at KINTEX, the Korea International Exhibition Center in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The 2022 poster gave the edition as the 14th, the dates as Thursday 6 to Saturday 8 October, and the location as KINTEX Hall 4–5, with KINTEX and KOTRA named as organisers. Its slogan that year was "Where Beauty Blooms".

Compared with our overseas shows, this one is on home ground. Korean brands, ingredient suppliers and packaging makers exhibit alongside each other, so a visit is useful for brands looking for Korean partners as well as for distributors looking for Korean brands.

VVBETTER at booth K03

This was our third show of 2022, after COSMOBEAUTY SEOUL in May and Cosmoprof North America in July, and before Singapore in November. At booth K03, the fascia carried our name in Korean and English, and a roll-up banner beside it had a QR code linking to our Instagram account. We shared trial kits with visitors.

At a home-market show, the brand idea matters as much as the product list. VVBETTER joins "very-very" and "better", and the dot above the V is a moment of focus, a reminder to slow down and be present. In practice that means clean and thoughtful formulations, a mindful approach that leaves out unnecessary or harsh components, and at least six months of development for every product.

Which products were on the table

According to our launch timeline, the range by October 2022 was the Blue line plus the eye cream: the AHA Boosting Toner, Teca Lifting Moisture Serum, Teca Lifting Moisture Cream, 5.5 Soothing Cleansing Foam and Firming Eye Cream. Products with these names are sold today; because formulas and sizes can change between production runs, check the current label.

In line terms, the toner, serum, cream and foam are the Blue line, our base skincare for hydration, soothing and skin-barrier care in dry, sensitive or dehydrated skin. The eye cream is part of the Purple line, our extra skincare line for firmness, elasticity and renewal, made with mature skin in mind. The Green line, Jeju Yuja, and the Solution serums REGLOW, REWIND and REFINE came later.

Why a home-market show helps overseas buyers

By 2026 VVBETTER has taken part in over 12 international beauty expos and works with more than 35 distributor partners worldwide, and many of those conversations began face to face.

Fair listings describe the show as covering cosmetics, hair and nail care, aesthetics, raw materials and packaging. For a buyer travelling from abroad, that mix has three practical advantages:

  • Many Korean brands can be met on one trip, so you can compare formulas, packaging and pricing structures side by side.
  • Products can be handled in person, including texture, container and label, which photos on a website cannot show.
  • Questions about documents, minimum orders and lead times can be asked face to face and followed up in writing.
