Every order ships from Seoul, Korea.

Shipping rates

Rates depend on the destination and are shown in your cart and at checkout. Current standard rates:

Rates are in USD. The rate shown at checkout for your address is the one that applies. If your country is not offered at checkout we cannot ship there yet; email customer@vvbetter.com and we will tell you what is possible.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, Seoul time) after payment is confirmed. During launches, trade shows and Korean public holidays dispatch can take a little longer; we will tell you if it does.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times for your destination are shown at checkout. We use tracked international services, and your shipping confirmation email names the carrier for your parcel.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves Seoul you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes and handling fees set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are collected from you on delivery by the carrier or customs. We cannot predict or refund them. Orders delivered within the Republic of Korea are not subject to duties.

Payment currency

All prices and shipping rates are charged in USD through PayPal or Eximbay. Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency and add a foreign-transaction fee.

Address accuracy

Please check your address, postcode and phone number at checkout; carriers need a phone number for customs and delivery. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost or refunded less the original shipping fee.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimate shown at checkout plus 10 business days, email customer@vvbetter.com within seven days of the delivery date (or the estimate). We will open a claim with the carrier and resend or refund.
