If you entered the wrong address, please request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct information. Note that it may take 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after cancellation.

- Return Request: Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for sending the package back to our designated warehouse in South Korea. The return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense.

- Unwanted Items: We will refund the full amount of your returned product after an investigation. However, refunds may be refused if the returned products are damaged.
- Allergic Reactions: We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions caused by our products.
- Lost Packages: VVBetter does not provide compensation for lost shipments. Compensation may be available if the delivery company's error is acknowledged, requiring clear evidence. Misleading claims may result in action.
We offer international express delivery through FedEx. To qualify for free shipping, please place an order over $50
